If you are 'in between successes' then your effort will be 15 to 35 hours per week. If you're working, your effort will be 3 to 7 hours per week. Our goal is to work smarter, not longer. If you land before the 8 weeks is complete, we'll shift the remaining time into new-job onboarding coaching OR you can transfer the remaining coaching hours to someone as a gift.
